Instructions
FOR DEGREASING AUTOMOBILE ENGINES, CHASSIS, ETC.: Dilute 1 part product with 6 parts hot water. For very greasy surfaces, allow to soak 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing with a strong stream of water. FOR USE IN A STEAM CLEANING MACHINE: Dilute 1 part product with 10 to 30 parts water, depending upon degree of soil. FOR CLEANING PAINTED AND UNPAINTED MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT (such as tool and die stamping machinery, newspaper presses, bottling equipment, textile machinery, etc.): Dilute 1 part product with 6 parts water. Apply by spraying, wiping or brushing. (Dilution with hot water will increase cleaning power of product.) Allow solution to soak on machinery for two or three minutes and then wipe dry with clean cloth or rinse with water. NOTE: This concentrated product must be diluted as directed prior to use. IMPORTANT: High concentrations of product can attack painted surfaces and polished aluminum. Test on an inconspicuous area before use, or use very diluted solution. ALWAYS RINSE AFTER USE. PREPARATION OF METAL PRIOR TO PAINTING: Cleaning as directed above results in a surface that is in excellent condition for priming or painting. PAINTED WOODWORK: Dilute 1 part product with 10 to 30 parts water. Apply solution with cloth or as a spray. Allow to remain a few seconds, then wipe off with clean, damp cloth or sponge. WHITEWALL TIRIES: Dilute 1 part product with 5 parts water. Spray solution on tires and allow to remain on surface approximately one minute. Rinse with a strong stream of water. Stubborn spots may need brushing. FLOORS: COMPOSITION-CLEANING: Dilute 1 part product with 20 to 30 parts water and scrub floor in usual manner. Rinse floor thoroughly. COMPOSITION - STRIPPING: Medium to Light Buildup: Dilute 1 part product with 8 parts hot water and apply to floor. Allow solution to remain on surface approximately five minutes, then scrub with floor machine. DO NOT permit stripper solution to dry before rinsing. Rinse with warm water.. (NOTE: DO NOT apply product undiluted to composition floors.) TERRAZZO AND CERAMIC TILE-CLEANING: Dilute 1 part product with 30 to 40 parts hot water. Scrub floors in usual manner and rinse. CONCRETE-CLEANING: Dilute 1 part product with 6 to 20 parts water, depending upon soil. Scrub thoroughly and rinse. FOR AUTOMATIC SCRUBBING MACHINES: Use 3 ounces of product per gallon of water for general cleaning. For heavy-duty cleaning, degreasing of concrete, and wax stripping, use 6 ounces of product per gallon of water. NOTE: For incidental use to deal with limited special applications such as hard-to-remove soils or stains on concrete, this product may be used at a greater concentration than stated above.
