ZepImage Wet Look Floor Polish is an acrylic-copolymer, metal-interlock floor polish that dries to a deep 鈥渨et look鈥� gloss. It dries quickly and provides a durable layer that improves resistance to scuffs, black heel marks, and general wear. Its ultra-high-speed (UHS) burnishing capability makes maintenance easy, allowing you to restore the floor鈥檚 shine with minimal effort. With no dilution required, it's ready to use, helping you achieve professional results with ease. Suitable for rubber, sealed concrete, vinyl, terrazzo, and more, this polish meets high slip-resistance standards for added safety in high-traffic areas.

Instructions

For best results, strip all old polish. Rinse thoroughly. Allow floor to dry. Apply 4 thin applications of ZepImage. Allow floor to dry thoroughly between applications; 15 to 20 minutes under normal conditions. If sealer is desired or required because of a porous substrate, apply 2 applications of sealer and 3 applications of ZepImage. Floor polish is maintained by frequent dust mopping and daily damp mopping with Zep pH Perfect Neutral Floor Cleaner. Keep floor dust-free. Maintain dry by burnishing with a beige pad and an Ultra-High-Speed Burnisher or a Propane Ultra-High-Speed Burnisher. Optimum results are obtained if burnished 2 to 3 times a week. Worn floor polish may be restored as needed by reapplying. Deep scrub the areas to be treated using a low speed floor machine or auto scrubber with a blue pad and Zep pH Perfect Neutral Floor Cleaner, rinse thoroughly, allow floor to dry and reapply with 2-3 applications of ZepImage. When stripping becomes necessary, strip floor polish with Zep Strip-Ease or Zep Time Saver following the product鈥檚 label directions. Reapply floor polish following above directions. Stripping is typically required every 12-24 months, but will vary as dictated by floor conditions.
